BT Global Services provide the following tools to allow our
customers access to key technical network information relating
to the IP services which they have purchased.

Customer Reports
BT routinely monitors the performance of all
our customers' network ports.
Please visit the GS Customer Portal
for secure access to near real-time utilization and packet
loss reports for each of your network ports.

- DCM (DNS Configuration Management) Tool
Customers may wish to delegate DNS services to BT Global
Services. The DCM Tool provides a convenient and highly secure
mechanism with which these customers can add, update or view
their DNS records on BT Global Services' domain name servers.

The following tools are available specifically for use by
our Distributors.

Access to the above tools and WWW sites is via a
username/password combination or via SecurID cards.
The use of these tools will be strictly monitored.
